thanks guys, I stayed on a 1400 cal diet and was in the gym 3-4 days a week and portion control was the big thing and this forum, I just need to maintain i went from a size 12 to size 6.It seemed like a long road i started then end of March so it's taken about 20 weeks. best of luck to everyone I will check in time to time!! thanks again for everyones support and advise.

Wow - it's amazing the years it's taken off you too! Look at that BELT! I don't think I've even THOUGHT about wearing a belt since the 4th grade! The wonders of getting thin...congrats!
