My weigh-in this morning was at 207, 3lbs down from last week. Nothing spectacular, but I'm satisfied.

How is everyone else doing? Only 1 more week to go

My weigh-in this morning was 207.6 (down 1.6). My goal for next week is 207.2 - only .4 to go!

I know I didn't set as high of a goal for weight loss for this challenge, but I am trying to keep on a slower pace - and while following WW, I need to get in a certain amt. of healthy calories and activity daily. This has to be a plan I can do forever - especially after Phen.

I'm happy with a pound a week. Heck, I'm happy with ANY loss each week!

Good luck to everyone .... we're coming into the homestretch!

jaysma you did great with 3 pounds! I would be totally satisfied with three pounds. Tree 1.6 is awesome and your so close to your challenge goal! Great job!

***I'm down 2 pounds exactly! I have Bunco tonight so we'll see how that goes. Everyone ask me if I prego due to not drinking beer. LOL Have a great weekend and next week the challenge ends! =(

GREAT JOB EVERYBODY !!!

I can't believe I DID IT!! Weighed in at 233- my treadmill came in Friday evening, so I am getting ready to go try it out while I watch the Little League World Series.

HA ! It kicked my *** !! It's a manual treadmill, I walked, and walked and sweated and sweated.... After all was said and done, I walked a WHOLE 3/10ths of a mile !!!
What a freakin' joke !!! It will seriously take alot of getting used to ! So today I joined the YMCA - we'll see how that goes too ! Well, since this is the last week of this challange is anyone joining the " Thinner by November challenge ? I'm gonna jump on their bandwagon as well, cause I need ALL the motivation I can get !! NO MORE BACK SLIDING !!! I HAVE GOT TO DO THIS !!!!!!

I'm heading out for vacation tomorrow morning, so here goes:

Okay so here was my stats at the beginning of the challenge. I didn't so as good as I wanted!

1. How much you want to lose: 10 POUNDS
2. Start Weight 219.6
3. Current Weight 219.6
4. List some of your goals for the month Example: I want to at least exercise 3 times a week minimum, I also want to control what goes in my mouth on the weekends, I find it harder when I'm not at work.

I lost a total of 3.6 for the month which isn't crap, but at least it's not a gain. My official weight today is 216. I wanted to loose 10, but I'll take the 3.6 for this month! I can't wait to read on how everyone else has done. I do have to admit I was going through a couple days last week of not drinking my water real good.
Well I'll talk to you ladies when I get back home next weekend!

I'll be leaving out later tonight, so I weighed this morning. I'm astonished. I lost 7 pounds this week! TOM was here last week, so maybe I'm making up for him leaving. I also exercised 2x's a day, drank 2 gallons of water daily, and upped the fat in my diet (low-carb) this week. I didn't get under 200, but hopefully will next week. I bought new jeans today - size 9/10. They're snug, but they fit darnit!

This challenge was fun. Hope you all continue to have great success

Doh! Sorry this is late, but I had trouble re-logging in over the weekend.

My Saturday weigh-in was 205.4, which means I was down 2.2 for the week, and a total August loss of 7.8, which means I met my 6-lb. goal. I'm pretty happy about that. I managed to eat on plan (WW), drink about a gallon of water a day, and exercise 5-6 days per week. The only thing I slacked on was weight-lifting during the two-week break after my Pilates class ended. No worries, though, because it starts up again on Tuesday!

Hope everyone had a great month! See you around the other challenges!
