thx so much blue.. HAVE FUN! well yesterday i ate 1 apple and a half but not because i wanted to, i went to school and had way to much on my mind, unusual things, i dont usually starve myself otherwise i wouldnt have this problem.. so this morning i went and bought green apples instead (have the morning free right now) i ate 2 or 3 apples at once lol was feeling sick before that, i drank all my liquids and bought diet green tea otherwise i dont know if i can hang in till tomorrow.. so i drank like 16 oz of tea and about 20 oz of water (i measured the cup weeks ago).. bad news is i went back up 2 lbs but i had lost .5 over night, i guess its all liquid and apples but i didnt like the scale

.. dont mean to sound nasty and if you dont like nasty stuff dont read on! but i had the runs this morning for and i havent taken olive oil or anything yet, that will come tonight.. i guess my body is starting to reject the apples, unlike everyone else i'm cool with apples still dunno why

lucky me.. i've done diets of nothing but like broccoli with chickn every day for lunch so 3 days wont hurt me i guess.. last night i was making salad for my daughter (5) and i ate a small bite of just lettuce but i dont think thats cheating, i guess i wanted something other then apples.. oh and i'm craving healthy food to. what is it about this and making people crave healthy food.. ok this is long enough! i'll post tomorrow my final results and then do a follow up if anyone is interested..
