Okay, I ate 5 apples and drank about 100 ounces of water yesterday. I went to bed really hungry, but there is no way I could eat another apple and I wanted to stick with it. I was really hungry, but I didn't give in! Today, I feel better and I will eat apples again today knowing that it is my last day!!!! I never want to see another apple as long as i live. Just kidding....maybe. Like I've said in other posts, the daytime isn't too bad but in the evening, i start getting grouchy and just want some real food. It also doesn't help that the phen is keeping me up all night, but if this helps me to get off this plateau and lose a couple of pounds, it will all be worth it.

Well, no one else seems to be posting on here, but for future readers I'm going to put my experience with this. On the third day, I had to quit. It was 2:00 and I hadn't eaten anything yet and was starving and couldn't imagine eating ANOTHER apple. So, I weighed myself and I was down THREE POUNDS, which was my goal for this detox anyway. So, I decided to throw in the towel early. I didn't even do the olive oil. But, I do recommend this to anyone who wants to shed a couple of pounds to get off a plateau. If the phen kills your appetite, then I say go for it. It's not too bad, but by the third day, I was SO SICK of apples. Anyway, I did lose the weight that I wanted, so I think it is a great plan. Don't know how soon I would want to do this again though!

hey blu im on my second day now and I get hungry at times, im a big eater at night always but i take my phen 15mg around noon so now i'm ok every few hours i'll go through like 30 minutes of wanting to eat everything but it goes away, hang in there please, if you cant do it then how can i?

another thing i've lost basically 3 lbs since yesterday i dont know why I'm not so happy about it, whats wrong with me, i'm like whatever and i've been stuck here for a few months, i should be thrilled to break the plateu, i just started phen a week ago for the first time, but lost 50 lbs with pure pain, because i've always been very thin and let my self go need to lost another 15 lbs to feel great! i'll be back to that size 1 but when? ok thats not the real question, whats wrong with me is the question

another thing is i cant help to not weigh myself everyday, i know im not supposed to but i cant help it, as soon as i'm getting in the shower i'm like hey i already dont have clothes on and its an impulse, am i loosing it, im obsessed i think. someone please tell me its normal to act like a freak..

oh and blu thx for waiting on me and posting, ive been really busy with test, i had 3 in one day, so well you did great, i just now read your last post. i'll let you know if olive oil makes any difference..

I don't think you're obsessed, or crazy. I get that way with the scale too. Actually, I just bought my own scale this week. I used to weigh when I went to the gym which is a couple times a week. Now that I have my own I weigh several times a day and I know I shouldn't be doing that. You weigh different weights at different times of the day, but it really upsets me when I see it go up and down like that. And, you should be REALLY pround of your 3 pounds. I'm sure that you do care, maybe you just have other things on your mind. You did say that you've been busy with tests right? And also, the phen can cause you to be moody too. I get it sometimes with it and i have read a ton of other posts on this board about people saying the same thing. POst later and let me know how you're doing with the apple thing. I hope you stick with it, it's hard, but it's great to see the scale move down. I am going to be gone for the weekend and am leaving this evening, so I may not be able to post back till Sunday, but keep posting so I can read about your progress when I get back. Have a great weekend and you're NOT CRAZY!!! Be proud of yourself!

thx so much blue.. HAVE FUN! well yesterday i ate 1 apple and a half but not because i wanted to, i went to school and had way to much on my mind, unusual things, i dont usually starve myself otherwise i wouldnt have this problem.. so this morning i went and bought green apples instead (have the morning free right now) i ate 2 or 3 apples at once lol was feeling sick before that, i drank all my liquids and bought diet green tea otherwise i dont know if i can hang in till tomorrow.. so i drank like 16 oz of tea and about 20 oz of water (i measured the cup weeks ago).. bad news is i went back up 2 lbs but i had lost .5 over night, i guess its all liquid and apples but i didnt like the scale .. dont mean to sound nasty and if you dont like nasty stuff dont read on! but i had the runs this morning for and i havent taken olive oil or anything yet, that will come tonight.. i guess my body is starting to reject the apples, unlike everyone else i'm cool with apples still dunno why lucky me.. i've done diets of nothing but like broccoli with chickn every day for lunch so 3 days wont hurt me i guess.. last night i was making salad for my daughter (5) and i ate a small bite of just lettuce but i dont think thats cheating, i guess i wanted something other then apples.. oh and i'm craving healthy food to. what is it about this and making people crave healthy food.. ok this is long enough! i'll post tomorrow my final results and then do a follow up if anyone is interested..


BLU- let us know if the lbs you lost are for good when you get a chance..

Shirleysyn you are awesome! thanks so much for posting this! I've lost 5 lbs and this is my final 3rd day! im sticking to it because it pays, heard that everyone! what is hydrocolon therapy?

its 9:14pm and I'm going to drink olive oil, ewww, nice friday night huh :-P

ok i actually did it! i lost a total of 5 lbs and it stayed there, so far the olive oil was just nasty (for me) and it has not done anything but if it does i will update..

bad news: woke up this morning not hungry and said Im going to eat a piece of whole wheat bread so i dont binge later... soooo, i went and saw high salt ham and muenster cheese (for the rest of the family) and ate that , high sodium foods make me fat and bloated.. i'll update if this makes the lbs go back on

i ate salad yesterday after that bad morning, and lost another lb, it totally jumpstarted me

well after you hear this I'm sure it will help you if you try again.. if this was 2 weeks ago i wouldnt have got past the first day, we go through fazes where we are so motivated we can actually have the diet of an athlete and then theres other fazes where we cant help but having the diet of a potato well thats how i am at least. dont let it get you down, just do it when you feel totally into it
