The kids are headed back to school. Let's start a new challenge. I have been off all summer and now is the time to kick it into gear.
Anyone interested?
If we do a 14 week challenge it would take us up to Thanksgiving week.
So...Let's start on Wednesday, August 24.
We could each concentrate on one area that we are bad about sticking to or more if you want. We would need the following:
1. Start weight
2. Goal weight
3. One area you want to concentrate on (exercise daily, drink all my water, a certain calorie level each day, no chocolate) You pick and stick to it.
Let me know what you think of this idea and we will get it rolling.
These always help me to kick it into gear.
