Hello everyone!!! I am interested in joining if there doesn't get to be a HUGE amount of people. I am in need of A LOT of butt kicking. My dh leaves for a 12 month + deployment Tuesday afternoon, so I am a little depressed at this point. I have been screwing around for the last week and a half and have been TOTALLY off track. I haven't exercised and eaten EVERYTHING that I have wanted.
Starting Weight - 172
Goal Weight by end of challenge - 150, thats about 1 1/2 lbs a week
Areas to concentrate on - arms, stomach area, exercising everyday and WATER!!!
Plus, I only weigh in about once a month, if this doesn't bother anyone???? I weigh in at the dr's office every month on the same scale so I know for sure that I am going in the right direction!!!
I also like to be held accountable for my food intake everyday so I usually put them in too. So, I hope that ya'll can help me to get out of my funk and back into my FUN loving self, of course only missing a few lbs of myself, LOL
So, I will talk to ya'll tomorrow. Hopefully I won't pull you into the dumps with me
