WELL GIRLS WE HAVE MADE IT THROUGH THE HALF WAY POINT YEAH FOR EVERYBODY!!!!WELL TO START IT OFF,LAST WEEK I WEIGHED 191 WITH TOM VISITING AND THIS WEEK....187!!!!!YEA YEA YEA!!! THIS PUTS ME 2 POUNDS AWAY FROM MY MINI GOAL FOR WHEN HUBBY COMES HOME NEXT WEEK!!!! I STARTED THIS CHALLENGE AT 200 POUNDS AND HAD BEEN OFF PHEN B/C OF SURGERY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF MAY. I RESTARTED PHEN ON JUNE 12TH SO IN ONE MONTH BACK ON I HAVE LOST 13 POUNDS!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO!!! MY GOAL FOR THE END OF THIS CHALLENGE IS TO BE KNOCKING ON MY ULTIMTAE GOAL SO IN 8 WEEKS THAT ARE LEFT I WANT TO LOSE 17 POUNDS TO PUT ME AT 170.I KNOW THIS WILL REALLY BE A CHALLENGE FOR ME B/C HUBBY WILL BE HOME FOR A MONTH BUT I WILL DO IT!!! HAPPY WEIGHIN DAY EVERYONE AND DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!LETS POST OUR EXERCISE ROUTINE EVERY DAY THIS WEEK ARE YOU UP FOR IT?????

Positive Self Talk Daily
I will eat 4-6 meals per day watching my carbs.
I will be drinking a min of 64oz H2O but am very hopeful for 100oz daily.
