Most of the challenges here have been sort of focused on just women (ie bikini bottom challenge, 150 challenge, schools out etc). There are indeed men on this medication too!
I have created a new challenge that will begin on Sunday, May 22nd 2005 at 12:00 p.m. It will end July 4th 2005 on Independence day. That gives us ap** 10 weeks to lose the most we can. Some of us have husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, wives, sisters, mothers, brothers and friends that are overseas serving our country like I was. I was deployed to Afghanistan and I just got home 3 months ago. My boyfriend is currently in Iraq. I started this challenge in honor of him. He is a convoy driver, and has the most dangerous job in Iraq. My present to him is to look my absolute best for when he returns home safely.
Intersted? Here are the rules:
1. Weekly weigh-ins (I didn't specify a specific day because everyone has their own schedule, but I would recommend every Saturday).
2. We MUST motivate each other.
3. 1200-1500 calories a day. No more, no less.
4. Drinking water constantly (you can have other beverages...just have to be conscience about drinking water...)
5. Instead of posting weight loss on the "tickers" we will use our signature block!
