yeah friday! yesterday i didn't do so well, i took my girls in to have lunch with daddy at work. ended up getting a roast beef/cheese toasted sub and fries. they have those spicey curly fries and they are sooooooo good, i just couldn't resist. then at night we watched a movie and i munched on a ton of those baked cheetos. has any one else tried those? they are so yummy, i like them better than the real ones.

hey roxyck - welcome aboard - we check in with each other daily for support and we weigh in on monday mornings. we really got a great group of gals here, you'll be glad you jumped into the Madness with us

christine99 - how is your son's foot? isn't it always one thing after another with kids.?.? i noticed you decided to forgo the fries at bk yesterday - KUDOS to you! it's all about making the right decisions.

ga mom of 2 - have a great time in vegas - you'll probably be so busy you won't have time to eat - just keep away from all those 'all u can eat' buffets (eeeek!)

camarocutie - check in whenever you can with us, your doin' great - i've lost 4 pounds so far this challenge.

i can't wait for monday to see everyone's weigh in stats. the weekend is upon us ladies, tighten those belts and stay tough!! have a great day!

TGIF!! Hi everyone. Sounds like everyone is staying right on track I can't wait to weigh in Monday either. Yesterday was a pretty good day:

B...slimfast shake
L...went to a chinese restaurant with hubby. I fought the cheese wontons but they won had 5. lol!!
s...pretzels
D...went to a little restaurant our friends own,best cheeseburger in town(had to have one),diet pepsi
got in about 70 ounces of water so I hope that helps with my poor eating habits for the day.

Been really good so far today but it is only 11:15 in the morning. haha

I wish everyone a great day a wonderful weekend.

Hi girls
Kay2- I have tried the baked cheetos.. hehe. They are pretty good, but i tryyy so hard to stay away from anything in a bag.. haha. *soo tempting*

Yesterday -
B- i didnt eat breakfast.. i just wasnt hungry at all (first time for everything)
L- i went to On the Border, and had beef fajitas... no beans, rice, sour cream, or cheese though! and corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas
D- 2 bowls of Kashi Go Lean cereal.. yummm i love that stuff.
Water - i had about 64oz of water.

I also found some lighted tennis courts by my house last night that i went and jogged for 20 minutes and walked for another 20. I went home and did my 75 sit ups and leg lifts, and butt lift excersize.

I think I had a pretty good day. I have decided w/ the help from some people on this board, not to weigh myself daily. Because its just driving me crazy. I put on somehow 1/2 a lb yesterday morning, and i dont want to see that again! hahaha So i fought the scale this morning and didnt get on it, and refuse to until monday morning.

Today so far, i've just had water... I am just not a breakfast person.

Ok well I'm down another pound today..164 so I'm just praying that I can make it through the weekend....it's going to be hard b/c today's my birthday and I really want some cake but at the same time I don't want to mess up all my good work from this week so I'm just going to say no! Anyway I'll try to check in Monday with my stats..Hope everyone has a good weekend.


I'm going to do this if it kills me! I'm just going to take it one day at a time..

happy birthday camarocutie!!!!!! you can have cake - just have a SMALL piece - but if you can't do that then it's probably best to stay away

It's finally Friday- We are finally out for SPring Break!!!! I drive a school bus, so I am ready for this break.

B- nothing
L-PB&J sandwich
D- Cheeseburger
Exercise- Curves

I did have great news today- Today was my 1 month weigh in @ curves along with measurements-

Lost- 17.5 pounds
inches- 19.5 total
Out of the 17.5 pounds 12.5 of that was nothing but FAT!!!

Since I am leaving for Vegas Sunday, I plan on weighing and posting my weight on Sunday.

Happy Birthday Camerocutie1!!!

Well let me run, we ordered pizza tonight, let's hope I can stay away from it!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMEROCUTIE

Just checking and seeing how everyone did today.

I did pretty good.

B-banana/grapes
L-salad with a very small amount of shrimp gumbo
S-1/2 granola bar
D-grilled chicken salad

80 oz of water

Tomorrow I am going to a birthday party at McDonalds...I hope the french fries don't call my name..LOL

Hope that everyone has a great weekend.

Can't wait to hear everyones updates on Monday...good luck
