Hi girls
Kay2- I have tried the baked cheetos.. hehe. They are pretty good, but i tryyy so hard to stay away from anything in a bag.. haha. *soo tempting*
Yesterday -
B- i didnt eat breakfast.. i just wasnt hungry at all (first time for everything)
L- i went to On the Border, and had beef fajitas... no beans, rice, sour cream, or cheese though! and corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas
D- 2 bowls of Kashi Go Lean cereal.. yummm i love that stuff.
Water - i had about 64oz of water.
I also found some lighted tennis courts by my house last night that i went and jogged for 20 minutes and walked for another 20. I went home and did my 75 sit ups and leg lifts, and butt lift excersize.
I think I had a pretty good day. I have decided w/ the help from some people on this board, not to weigh myself daily. Because its just driving me crazy. I put on somehow 1/2 a lb yesterday morning, and i dont want to see that again! hahaha So i fought the scale this morning and didnt get on it, and refuse to until monday morning.
Today so far, i've just had water... I am just not a breakfast person.
