Nice to hear from you. I'm down in deep South Texas. I hear from my Sister, who is taking care of our Garden that it is doing well. If you have read my other post you already know that my family is in the process of moving here to South Tx. just 15 miles from South Padre Island.
As far as my Diet, I haven't really been dieting but I am losing weight because my activity level has gone through the roof. I haven't weighed in because there is a difference between the scales at home and the one's I'm using here. But by clothing. At home I was wearing a 1x and now I'm wearing am XL.
I hope you are doing as well and better with your goals. It is always a pleasure to hear from you Missus.

Hey woman was just thinking about you. How was your trip? I was listening to the radio when I was putting tile in the bathroom and I heard there was another warning for your IL's. I hope you and your family are doing good. When everyone left I did too. I really need to get my big butt back in gear or I wont be able to fit in my dress I haven't gained any but Sure would like to lose some more. Wow I really missed you. Well I'll check back in.
