Hi all. New to the site, but I've been lurking and reading and have become familiar with many of you by now. I've just ordered my phen and am excited about becoming part of this community. It seems to be a great resource, and I think that the best weight loss strategy is one that enlists support.
I want and kind of need to lose this month. I'm hoping to go from 180 to 170 by June 1st, although I realize it might not happen and I'll be happy with whatever I can manage to peel off through reasonable diet and some serious workouts. I'd like to begin a new challenge or (if it's possible) join one already in progress. I don't know if that's ever done, though, and in any case I'd be happy to pair up with *anyone* who wants to challenge themselves similarly and could use some support. I'm also open to longer challenges, because my goal weight is 145. So . . . any interested parties? Thanks, and good luck to all with your challenges! -India |
