Ack! I've been negligent in posting, but somewhat diligent in exercising... I think I last posted on the 23rd. Let's see, 5/24 - nope. 5/25 - yep. 5/26 - nope. 5/27 - yep. 5/28 - yep. 5/29 - yep. Same stuff - cardio with video tapes all those days, and strength training on 5/27 and 5/29, abs on 5/25 and 5/28.

Sorry didnt get time to post until now. On Thursday May 30, I exercised for 0 minutes. I did run around town doing errands but that is about that. I spent about two hours doing grocery shopping and another three hours running errands and yet another two hours doing laundry...then it was time for work where I made a zillion calls to insurance companies and insured clients..so now I am going to try to get a little more cleaning in so that I can get in extra exercise time tomorrow.
