I know it is late but I just finished working out. I walked a little over a mile. Feels good to accomplish something.

Late on this post too...trying to catch up..lol. I did work out Sun...walked 45 minutes and rode exercise bike 30 minutes before going to work .

Okay.... on the 26th I completed an upper body light weight workout (been alternating days between upper and lower) an went bike riding for about an hour (up and down hills!!)

Cleaned house is the only thing I can remember doing. House cleaning and laundry and getting ready for cook out. Definately a couple of hours worth if it counts but...as to regular exercise I did nothing on Sunday

Sorry Wicca I think house cleaning should not be counted as exercise. Other wise i could count that everyday! LOL i am constantly cleaning house for hours at a time through out the week. Now if you did something else like go for a bike ride for the fun of it I would consider that as exercise. Or go roller skating for fun. That would be exercise. But I don't think we get our heart rate up far enough with house work alone.
