Hey it is fine and cool to sign in the next day after working out. Just be sure that I know you have worked out so that I get it into my spreadsheet and can keep up with it.

I totally plan to work out early today!!!

I did my 8min Tae-bo vid this morning. More like 16 and 8min of hard core.

But cause it was so light I plan to do Yoga and Arms & Abs of Steel tonight

I've worked out everyday since the 21st. i posted it on another one, but I wanted to be sure you saw it!

Doing the treadmill to a CD and I walk to the first song, jog to the second and so on. Feeling pretty good about it, this is one challenge I am go to stick to.

Keep moving everyone!

Oh Yeah! I went to the gym for 2 hours! I did 1 hour of the cross trainer elipse machine ( Cardio). I did 45 min of different upper body, machines and then some abs. I think tommorow I might do lower body and abs!

This morning I did my 2 mile "Walking away the pounds" video tape...this evening I rode my exercise bike 30 minutes and did my weight training. Woo Hoo for me...(hate exercise...but learning to like it...lol).

I did a lower body video last evening (5/23) but did not get my walking in. (Had to go to my son's piano recital ) Since the snakes are out now you won't catch me walking after dark!!!!
