HI, I need some suggestions. I have take phentermine over the years and six months ago took it and lost 15 pounds and then was stuck. I just refilled my bottle last night and am determined to get past this stuck point. I am going to try to double time my exercising and see if that helps. Eating is not a problem. Three years ago when I took it, I lost 30 pounds in 2 months, no problem. Why is it so much harder this time? I am taking the 37.5 the white with blue speckles. Any suggestions will help and I will check in next week and let you know how it is going. Thanks everyone. Jean

Jean,
I don't have anything that I'm sure you haven't tried. This is my first time on it. I'm using WW winning points in conjuction with this and exercise. It seems to be working.
I'm sorry I can't be more help

What are WW winning points? That is ok, it just would be nice to be able to have somewhere to go where others are doing the same thing and who will cheer you on as you go. Thanks for writing back. Jean

Jean,
Weight Watchers. I follow their program on the points and use the phen to help me stay on the WW and just exercise my heart out. I have lost 16 lbs. as of today. I started on April 19th. I know it might slow down. But for my friend it didn't. She lost 115 lbs since September. She runs 4 miles a day now and looks so good. I just try to do what she did and still does.
fit day dot com is a good place to go to find out just how many cal and fat you are eating a day. It has helped me. Maybe try posting this on the experience forum. There are a lot of girls over there who could help you a lot more than me.
Good luck.
Casie
