Hello...I was at 139...again after a bad weekend
I seem to get down to 135 or so thru the week and then the weekend comes and I ruin it
I'm not overly concerned about it but it does at least let me know why I'm not breaking plateaus. I think I'm gonna do the 3-day-diet thing to give me a boost in the right direction and get my ***** in gear in the exercise department again. If all goes well I'll be below 135 by next wednesday but probably not by Monday.
I don't see myself reaching my Memorial day goal of 125 in 2 weeks but I'm not stressing about it.
I am definately up for a July 4th...cause that is ultimately the last minute for my beach trip
