Hi there! I am happy to report that I am now 160-so that is a two pound loss just since you posted the two week stats-so hopefully next week's post I will be in the 150's! Wish me luck-and stick to it-we can do this! Cindy 209/160/140-145

I'm doing better than last week. Aunt flo will be visiting this week, so I am not expecting a lose. However, right now, my main focus is getting back on track on eating healthy and exercising. I am keeping a positive attitude and am learning a lot. So to me, I am having a good week. So far, I haven't gain anything from PMS, so that is good!
