Hardest thing to stick to/give up: nothing really, been sticking to atkins - no problem there, been enjoying my food actually, but hard to find anything suitable when you are out, shopping or whatever.
What is your biggest motivator: being part of phenland and seeing the numbers go down on the scales!

Oh yes and going shopping, looking at the clothes that I want to buy when I have gotten down to goal
