Ok I'm here so I may as well report in since i am buzzing on my phen for the morning already! LOL! I had a great week and feel wonderful about what I've accomplished! I am so excited for all of us! I can't wait for the next challenge to start too!

Total lost this week: 4.5 lbs

Total lost so far on challenge: 6lbs

21 day goal: 9lbs

How far from 21 day goal:3lbs

Hardest thing to stick to/give up: getting in all the water I want to get in!

What is your biggest motivator: My new boyfriend is so supportive and tells me how good I am looking, thus making me want to work even harder and look even BETTER! Also motivated by New Year's Eve and wanting to go out in a skimpy sexy dress this year for the first time in my life!

Alright, going to go do some school work (isn't returning to college fun as an adult!) I have a term paper due Saturday that I haven't started yet so I may be doing some stress eating today! GIVE ME STRENGTH!

Hardest thing to stick to/give up: I am getting to where I want to eat out again. I am not sticking to eating healthy. I am starting to go back to old habits. Plus for the last few days I have been constipated and my stomach hurts really bad. So I am not feeling good about myself. But today is a new day. I have 5 lbs to lose and I am going to do it.

What is your biggest motivator: All of my clothes are too big and I love it. I can buy pants at Old Navy now. This is my favorite store. So that is keeping me going.

Thanks GonnaBeThin - I have been so busy at work this week I have barely had time to get online, and as for home, been busy there too...

lost 1 pound
total lose for me 34 pounds
Goal is to be at 299 by Christmas
hardest - - Getting by self in here!!!!

Hey! This week kind of bit because I was sick over the weekend, Monday and Tuesday. Needless to say, aerobics was not on my list of activities!

Stats are:
191/182/145

Weight lost this week - Nothing
Weight lost so far on challenge - 5lbs
21 day goal - 10 lbs
5lbs to get there to goal

Hardest thing to get motivated about: exercising and eating right when you have a cold. I have a weakness for comfort foods.

Motivator - going to see my family over the holidays when they haven't seen me since I weighed 220+

Didn't weigh in today. However, I will in the A.M. and post. I doubt I have lost anything as Anut Flo has decided to come and viist.I'm pretty sure she packed extra heavy for an elongated vistit. Lucky Me!
So, needless to say I have extra relatives in the house and wish they would leave, but will weigh in and report the (most assuredly) dreaded results tomorrow morning, anyway.
Good to see that everyone else is doing well.

Hardest thing to stick to/give up: nothing really, been sticking to atkins - no problem there, been enjoying my food actually, but hard to find anything suitable when you are out, shopping or whatever.
What is your biggest motivator: being part of phenland and seeing the numbers go down on the scales! Oh yes and going shopping, looking at the clothes that I want to buy when I have gotten down to goal
