Ok where is everyone? I know we have more people doing the challenge than have been posting... Let's make sure we all support each other's challenges! Did you all get your water in? Did you exercise? Did you eat right? Did you take your phen?

The other day I proposed we all post our Christmas goal weight so we have an added EXTRA motivation to stay pumped up about our loss. I think so far we all want to lose ~15lbs and YES WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is weigh in so let's make sure we all get out water in today, get our butt's moving and burn up those excess calories! Let's go let's go!!!!!!

Have an excellent day to all!

i know i have only just joined this site a week ago but is it to late to join this challenge?
well here is my christmas goal any way:
I want to lose at least 15 lbs ideally 20 but i think thats pushing it. I will drink all the water i can muster and i will excersize a little everyday even if it is vigourosly (sp?) vacuuming the house.
I will be able to wear little dresses for the holidays and I will feel good in them.
I can do it and so can all of you we just have to be in this together! Good luck

I'm starting to feel lax on my diet. I began July 27th and never cheated. Lately, I've been having a bite of choc. here or saying its just a treat there. I was losing 3 or 4 pounds a week doing the low carb and now only 2 or so. I no its still good, but I feel like the 19 or so pounds left are going to take forever. I also know the more you have to lose the faster it goes in the beginning. Just need some motivation and inspiration. 192/147/128

tee you are doing soo well. we all plateau at some point i have heard that completely changing your diet and excersize routine can jump start it again. so why not try something new like power yoga, tae kwondo something that is fun but completely different to what you are doing now. 2 lbs a week is still alot of weight loss so dont feel disheartened when you are doing so well.
when i was on slim fast all i lost was 1 lb a week and i was still happy with that its not how much you lose but how much better your quality of life is. Have fun with it and dont let it get you down
Keep your chin up we are all in this together

Hello All-
SOrry I haven't posted in a few days. I've been home with a horrible sinus infection and haven't left my couch is several days.

I would like to lose 20 lbs by Christmas, but will be happy with 15. My family hasn't seen me since I was over 220, so being in the low 170's, high 160's will be a shock to them.

Yep.. I am recommitting to what I had my first month on phen. I had a bad day last week that I didn't post about. I ate a bag of Crispy M&Ms (a BIG bag) over the course of two days. Plus my mom had visited for seven days the middle of Oct. UGH. I weighed in yesterday and lost 4 pounds. BUT.. that is a GOOD weigh-in!! My clothes are definitely looser.. but I need to get totally back on track in order for me to lose weight. "Cheating" is only cheating myself. I'm just happy the phen is still working great for me. Now I've got work on the person holding the fork.

Cherry, thanks so much, you made me feel better. Last week I did do my tae bo tape instead of going to curves over the weekend. I hope this week will show a little more. I know 2 pounds is still great. Just seems like so little when I was losing more. I saw you web site, nice family you all are. I promised to post my picture of my husband and 3 little ones, 3,2, and 6 months once I hit my goal or close. I look at pictures now of myself and it doesn't even look like me. I just turned 28 so I'm feeling not so old now that I've lost all my baby pounds. Thanks again for the encouragment.

Question
Hey TEE, I'm new here and getting ready to order my phen. Question I have to ask you is, I saw you posted that you go to cruves, do you like it? I went today for a free visit and not quit sure if I do. Every 30 sec. and your to another machine, just when your getting the hang of it. I wish you could go your own pace. I love machine but I like to say there a while. Can you tell me your experience with Curves?

Honestly, for me I love it. I have an athletic background, played 3 sports in high school and played on scholarship volleyball in college and I thought when I started uhhh! this is going to do nothing for me. I need a challenge. But, I now am married and have 3 little ones so for me I can go in the am before my husband even gets up for work. I love the 30 seconds because it never gets boring. Your constantly rotating which keeps you thinking. I run on the mats in between which elevates my pulse, but you do what you can do to lose weight. Many women, young and old do the mats differently. The machines I love to because as I'm losing weight I'm building muscle which burns off more calories. Nothing is not toned now except for my stomach, which situps hasn't seemed to help and the back of my arms still are yuck. I don't wave to hard when i say good bye. LOL It really has been the perfect weight loss tool for me along with their diet from the book they sell. $4.00 i think. Anyways, yes I really enjoy my time there, no competition, go at your own pace, I push myself even on the machines, but some women don't. It's all what you make of it. Hope I helped!
