hi all, sorry I haven't been around for a few days, my son has been very sick, and I have been so busy at work, haven't had a chance to get on the pc. We have currently merged with another company and we are combining offices, so the employees that lost their jobs, I have been helping get their things packed up. I know a lousy job, but someone has to do it!!!

As for my food and exercise, couldn't have been better, although it is getting close to that time so I probably won't have a lose this week on weigh in.

Keep going ladies!!!!Only 8 more days until the end of the challenge. - Start gathering your stats -- -Will need those on Thursday the 15th!

Hi all! TOday is so far a very good day for me. Started out the day with an awesome workout of cardio and both upper and lower body lifting AND was able to add 10lbs to my regular weights I lift so I know I am getting stronger! Cool! I also had to go to McD's for lunch with a friend and my 3 yr. old BUT I was very good and didn't have any frys and only had a grilled chicken sandwich. Have 2 bottles of water in so far and need to get in 3 more. Can't wait to weigh in this week as I think I am doing really well!

OMG! I posted earlier on the "monday" topic,because I didn't do it then. Well, I just felt like, I don't know, lighter?? Does that make any sense?? LOL Anyhow, my goal was to be in my size 7's by 12/15! I can't believe it, I gave in and tried to get into them. Almost fainted!! Slipped right ON "EASILY", even got them buttoned!!!!! Not zipped though (too much "no sit ups" around the middle, lol) But I had NO idea what a difference 10 or so pounds can make!! Sorry to rant, but I am sooo excited! I KNOW I can make my christmas goal now! I am soooooo pumped! Whoooooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooo!!
This board is so awesome, I don't even talk to ya'll really, but what an inspiring place!
