Anyhow a little about me...
My name is Shannon. I'm a stay at home mom with three kids and a fab hubby. My youngest child is 2 years old and I've been having a heck of a time lossing weight since I had him. I started 2008 at 186lbs. On my own I have dropped 12lbs. I started Phen-D on June 23 at 174lbs. I had my first weigh in on June 30. I lost nothing my first week. Let me just say that I didn't try that hard either because I was on vacation for 5 out of the 7 days. Currently, I'm taking this lifestyle change one day at a time. I'm completely focusing on making the right choices just for today. I am eating natural and organic foods with lots of water. No alcohol! That one might hurt on the weekends, although it will be worth it. And I'm exercising everyday. I'm starting with a brisk 30 minute walk a day. Next week I'll add more. Ok... so thats me in a nutshell.
