Good day,I will have one snack before bed and that about wraps it up.I am making a grocery list and preparing for grocery shopping .I need to stock up on fruits and veggies.Posting on this thread helps keep me on track and the Christmas clallenge has a week challenge for walking this week ,so I uncovered my treadmill from all the laundry and got walking.
