Hello everyone! I've been checking out this site since I started Phen on July 9th. I think that I have lost a total of 6lbs, but I have not weighed in a week. Here's a short Bio, I just turned 35 this month. I started gaining weight in my early 20's. I must have put on a total of 30 pounds. I've been married for 13 years, but we've been together for 18 years. About 3 years ago, I decided that I was going to get into shape. I hired a personal trainer and worked my butt off to lose weight and get into shape. I lost 30 pounds, went down to a size 5 (may-be a little smaller) was in the best shape of my life and then out of the blue I got pregnant. It was such a shocker!! After all those years, I didn't think that it could happen. To make a long story short, I have a beautiful 2.5 year old, who I adore. I gained about 60 pounds during my pregnancy and I've had the hardest time losing it. It makes me very sad because I've felt so bad about being overweight that I think that I've missed out on alot with my daughter. I can count on one hand the number of pictures I've taken with her, because I don't want to see myself in pictures because I feel like I look huge. I know that it sounds bad, but I'm sure you ladies understand. I finally decided to ask my PCP and she was great about prescribing me the Phen. I think that as a woman she understands my struggle a little better. I must admit that I've been good as far as the food part of my changes, but I've been really bad about working out. Although that is going to change today. I have a brand new treadmill at home that I'm about to hit hard tonight. I look forward to sharing my sucess with you all and appreciate the support. Sorry to make this so long, but I just had to get this off my chest....LOL!!!
