Check-In: Today I cleaned out my garage and backyard. I sure hope that counts as exercise since I was doing lots of heavy lifting. I'm not sure I could do a 55 minute circuit training dvd tonight. I literally started at 11am and stopped at 5pm. I only stopped long enough to eat some lunch (didn't even sit down) and use the restroom. I was a sweaty dirty mess!!!
Anyhow... I hate my home scale! I'm not sure if it is accurate and the darn lines that represent numbers are just too small for me to see when I'm standing on it. I had my husband read it off for me this morning and he said 161 or 162. But I'm not sure I can believe that because it didn't look like that to me. So after my little meltdown he promised to buy me a reliable digital scale. My hero!! Although, I wouldn't be completely surprised if I lost about 4 pounds already this week. My Phen-D dose was raised and I am riding my bike everywhere (pulling kids in the bike trailor) because my car isn't working correctly. Besides that I also started a fat burner. And the way it was explained to me was it will help burn more calories when working out. I guess we will see on Monday when I weigh in at the clinic.
Oh, I decided (and everyone is more than welcome to join me) that I was going to do an offical weigh in day. I am going to post my offical weight on Mondays since that is the day that I weigh in at my clinic. If anyone would like to join me just post your weight and weight loss for the previous week on the day that you weigh in with your clinic or doc. I am also going to post a major goal for my next week on Mondays. This goes along with the whole theory that if you tell others about your progress and goals then you will work that much harder to accomplish them.

I weighed 355lbs in May and decided that it was time for me to get my act back together and this time to stick with it ! I want to do more with my life than just sit at home and be unable to do much of anything because of being overweight.My plans are to lose the weight and go back to school and have the kind of future that i want and deserve.I am currently 5 feet 1 and was at the doctor's office friday,my weight was 330lbs so I have lost a total of 25lbs since May.I drink plenty of water and prefer sugar free koolaid in between time.I use pilates band everyday to tone as I lose the weight to try and prevent sagging skin and every couple of days I do about 10 minutes of Cardio with my Denise Austin Indoor walk dvd .At this point about 10 minutes of cardio is all that I can do because my feet her badly from me being so overweight but I will be able to do more as time goes on.My goal is to reach 140lbs.Yes I have a huge mountain to climb but with God's help,the support of my family,and the people from this board than I know that i can do it.I only weigh in once a month when I go into the doctor's office for my follow up visit because if i had a scale in my home than I would go crazy by constantly getting on it all of the time.LOL! It is nice being a part of this group again and I am here for support if anyone needs it.
