Do you find that Phen helps with depression????

I am down 8 pounds....

with 30-40 more to go...

I missed a pill one day and boy could I tell mood wise

I have had a time with depression with this menopause thing....,

My guess is when I get off phen I will need to get on depression prescription...

Any presc...for depression..that does NOT cause weight gain????

Funny you should ask. I just started a thread asking if you notice a change in mood when not taking phen. I think it must enhance your mood. There are naturally occurring chemicals that help with depression. If you get a chance, got to the library and check out The Perricone Prescription ---it is really good.

I take Xanax and it hasn't caused me to gain weight at all- even during those times I take a break from the phen.
I'm praying for menopause lately. Wanna switch me places for a month or two?

Hello I am new to this site and not realy sure how to do all of this. I take xanax as well and have never gained weight on it. I dont take my phen on Sundays and I dont feel any diffrent it does affect me if I forget during the week I get very moody.
