I live in Jax and just started the medicine on April 10th, Im looking to lose 30lbs. I weigh 181lbs and want to be in the 150 area.

Congrats! and keep up the good work :-) I had my 1st weekly weigh in on Monday and lost 11lbs. Medicine, Excersise and Motivation is the formula....smooth sailing to our goals and Kudos to you!
