I would love to have a buddy with a similar weight loss goal to mine. I have PCOS which has made it nearly impossible to lose weight so I am really hoping that this will finally be the thing that helps me. I see that we are just about the same weight and have the same goal. I do not have PCOS, but there are several ladies here that are having success with phen who have that condition.

You are going to find that this board is so inspirational, that it is downright addictive. There are lots of terrigic guys and girls here all rooting for you. I wish you all the best.

Hey there I feel your pain. I have PCOS and CAN NOT loose weight. I am hoping that this will help. I would be willing to be a buddy along the way. I am needing to loose about 40 pounds. I started Thursday with half dose and will be taking the full dose tomorrow (Saturday).

Hi there fellow PCOS sufferer!

You should be happy to know that this medicine has actually been helping me alot so I think it will work for you also. I feel like it is a miracle because I have tried everything up to this point with practically no success. So far I have lost 11 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. I dropped 6 in the first few days and then it has slowed down but the point is that I am still losing. In the past it could take me 2 months to drop 2 or 3 pounds and then I would just give up. hi! i also have pcos and trying to loose 45lbs. so far in 6days i lost 9lbs. i hadnt had my 2nd weigh in yet. hopefully its another 9lbs! i dont have any kids yet thanks to the pcos, but i am planning to loose weight so i can start the clomid. are you or anyone familiar with clomid?

Doesn't it feel great to be losing weight? I don't know if you were like me before--I could try and try and nothing would happen. I would literally lose 2 to 3 pounds in a couple of months practically starving and exercising every day. Adipex definitely works for me-it is like a miracle! The weight loss has slowed down some but it is still steady.
You asked if I was familiar with clomid--Yes I am. I actually got pregnant using it with my second child. I had used it previously and the doctor never increased my dosage--she kept me on it at 50mg for 6 months and it didn't do anything. I changed doctors and found out that each month it doesn't work they should increase it. I wish I had known that!!! It caused me to gain weight when I took it for 6 months and it does make you feel kind of icky but I figured if it works it is worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend that you lose weight before going on it because I think weight loss in itself makes a major difference. When I had my first daughter I got pregnant without any meds and I had just lost about 20 pounds. If you have any other questions send me an email--I went through 5 years of infertility -time I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I understand where you are coming from. My email is in the first post!!
