Tina Bean - wow you look fabulous. Keep up the good work. I was on Phen about two years ago and I lost a lot of weight. I was also doing weight watchers with it. I am now back on Phen as of today and I have been doing ww for almost a month and I finally am back on track. I would love to be able to chat with you daily. Can we exchange email addresses on here and if so, would you want to share ideas, thoughts, and recipes.
