Hi I'm a mother of two boys and I need to lose 130 pounds .

I'm on Phentermine 37.5 and I also get water pills from my doctor.

Today is day 2 on my diet.

I weigh 337 I want to get down to 210 I'd like to be at 180

I'm 5'11 feet tall.

im looking for buddies too. i need to lose 150lbs. my first goal is to lose 30lbs and keep it moving from there. a few of us have started a challenge on the challenge board under FEBRUARY CHALLENGE. you are welcome to post there as well.

I need to loose 100 starting in at 258 lbs, but I'm focusing on my first 50, then 20 after that, then 10 at a time. I confess, I'm not brave enough to lump the thought of having to loose 100 lbs all at once. I got to take baby steps, with one big leap to get started. I'm trying but I feel I'm having small setbacks, but I'm sticking to daily routing of the treadmill. We'll see how I do in a couple of weeks.




SW - 258 lbs - 1/17/08
CW - 248 lbs - 1/25/08 - 10lbs Lost
CW - 246 lbs - 2/18/08 - 2 lbs Lost - Doc put on Zoloft
CW - 237 lbs - 3/7/08 - 9 lbs Lost
CW - 235 lbs - 3/19/08 - 2lbs Lost
GW - 170 lbs

hi ladies....im a mom of 2 teenage girls..i have been heavy all my life. i was taking the phen last year and i stopped. now i have not only gained my wieght back i have also gained another 30 plus. i need to lose 100 lbs plus as well. this is my 2 day on the phen. so far so good. i am starting out at 324lbs. the reason i am wanting to lose the wieght is i had to watch my dad die a slow death because of his wieght. i dont want my girls to have to see me like i had to see him. i have a bad habit of wanting to give up . i know that i cant , but my brain says something else at times...lol. so im gonna need all the help i can get ! hope to hear from you all soon !

Hi Everyone! I'm glad I found this board, Phentermine is great and helps me, I drink lots of water and 2-3 small meals a day and frukits for snacks. I got this dvd in the mail "Drop it in 30" I'm going to try it today.

What is everyone doing for exercise?

Thick…I know how you feel. I have to think of losing a little at a time too because focusing on 150 will drive me crazy. The scale was driving me so crazy that now I'm challenging myself to not weigh again until 3/1.

Cuzzz…..I’m sorry for your loss and that is one of the reasons I want to lose too. My son is 2 and I do not want him to grow up with an unhealthy mom who can’t really be there for him due to health problems.

Welcome to the board ladies and feel free to join the FEBRUARY CHALLENGE on the challenge boards. We just started it and the more the merrier!!!

hi mom

congrats on the loss, YOU GO GIRL

i go to the gym with my husband and nephew. it helps alot with him supporting me. they also just started having classes there and i've done a body sculpting class (so sore) and i hope to keep going with those. my goal is to do 30 mins on the machines then do the class which is an hour. i'd like to burn at least 500 cals a day, i think im pretty close

I'm right there with ya'll!! I started at 307 and would like to get down somewhere around 150. I've always been heavy so I really had no idea what goal to set for myself... I can't imagine myself that thin and I'm not sure if it would be an easy weight for me to maintain. I've lost 26 pounds so far though!!
SW: 307 LBS 1/14/08.
Started taking Phend on 1/15/08.

Thanks Daqui I still have a long ways to go.

I'm hoping for my Birthday I'm 275 (Keeping Fingers Crossed) ++++++++

For that I'd need to lose 65 lbs total and i lost 19 so far so 46 more pounds by then.

graphic-- congrats on the loss so far, this is only the beginning.

ok so today is saturday and im doing fine with my eating and with my water. i haven't exercised yet but i think im going to do a workout tape WATP-2 miles. i still want to go to the gym but its hard on the weekend bcause of the kiddo. i'll make it happen though and aerobics is good because you get to work all your muscles.

i posted to the challenge board to do a mini challenge of dancing to 3-5 songs. you'll have fun dancing with the kids or your hubby/SO. its cool to do it by yourself too---no slow songs though. the whole point of this is to have fun and burn burn burn extra calories.

have you guys tried that laughing cow cheese? if you haven't go pick it up, it makes for a perfect low cal snack with crackers or whatever you choose to spread it on, its only 35 calories. another thing to try is western bagels they are only 110 calories and walmart carries them now, no more ordering online.

if you all have any tips please share, that's the whole point of us needing each other.

Well, I guess I will join you on this journey. I am also on day two of my phentermine **. I have been on weight watchers for three months exactly. I have lost 15.4 lbs. and today is my day two on the **. I have insulin dependent diabetes and my starting weight this last September 7, 2007 was 268 lbs. I am now at 232 lbs. I lost about 20 lbs. on my own before WW's. I just started going to the gym and have added weights. I am counting on this Phentermine to help push me to my goal. My goal is 160. Let me know if I can ever help you out or if you ever need to just vent!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck! Here we go.
