Hi everyone. I am 28 in CA , just started phen 30mg on Wed 11-28-07.. I am a mother of two an 18 month old son and a 8 year old daughter. I finally decided to do something about my weight. I gained alot of weight when I was pregnant with my son. I was 122 before I had him and now I am 210. I really would like to get back to 122 but I will start with 140 and work my way down. I am not sure what I shouldnt eat, should eat, should do and shouldnt. My dr wasnt very clear. I am a paramedic and a mother and a wife but I know I need to do this for myself ... Any suggestions ??? I would love to have a buddy to help me out ... Thank guys !!! Also I have no clue how to use this website ???

I'm looking for a few buddies, too! Like the first post, I do not know what I sould eat really. A friend of mine told me that when she lost 50 pounds using phentermine, she didn't worry about what she ate. She didn't keep up with it at all - she just wasn't hungry and did not eat very often. But, since I've heard from so many people that you should eat, I wonder how much I really have to eat. With the phentermine, I think I could go all day long and not eat one thing - and not be hungry. But, I don't want my body to think it is starving and hold onto fat - - so I need advice on this subject.

I'm hoping to meet some buddies online who are on the same mission as myself. I don't have anyone around me that I really care to talk to about all of this too much. I do not want anyone that I know to know how much I really weigh now. So, I'd rather meet strangers on the internet! Haha. Ironic, huh. Im in England Ive got masses of children( well 3 but it feels like masses!!).

Ive been doing the slimming world diet before I started phen and I find it really helpful as its all bout the healthy foods, not just fruit an veg!

How long have you been taking phen? Im on my 3rd day my doc told me to take it for 2 days and have a day off. Is this what you do? Ive asked a few times on here and no one is answering!!!

I'm an EMT/Firefighter!! I work 24 on 48 off and work at a VERY busy station! I'd love to buddy with you. I'm still trying to work out schedule personal workout time and meals. At our station we try to do PT when possible and also try to make healthy meals but lately that's been difficult. With mostly all males they like to eat fast food when we're having a crazy day... however, none of them gain the weight!! LOL!

Hello, I am new to this forum and just started phentermine 1 week ago. I want to lose 25 lbs before vacation in July. I noticed you want to lose a small amount of weight and so do I, so I was hoping I could get some buddy help from you. I started with the 37.5 but it made me too jittery so my doc had me take 1/2 a pill. Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated!
