i love coming to this forums but wondered if anyone is watching this seasons celebrity fit club, it is on Wed night on VH1 and it gies me that mid-week motivation to see thier results. Plus they give out tips and you can actually go to the site sign up and get to see thier diets and get great exersise tips from harvey.

I have tried to watch it, but the Screech is a jacka**!!! But I agree, their weight loss is amazing, wouldn't it be nice to have that help and personalized motivation?

I agree with you on screech, I am hoping he starts getting serious or leaves the show. but just watching it helps!!

Start Wt. 190# 5-9-2007 18 # to lose in 2008 January goal 8# Or lose 3# per month until June, that will be hitting my goal as I go on vacation!

A good friend has always told me that "nothing will taste as good as slim will feel" Ellen Degeneres You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is.
