I have found several lean cuisines that I like...the pizzas and the panini sandwhiches are good...so is the lasagna.

I've tried encorporating more fruits...having trouble getting in more veggies even though I know I need to.

Hey ising4me...

Breakfast - Have Slimfast
Snack - Apple or 100 calorie pack of anything
Lunch - South Beach lunch wrap kit
snack- apple or yougrt or something similar
Supper - Lean cuisines or weight watchers meal or so ...

But count your calories b/c mine isn't enough for a day , I have ate that for since the 15th of may and lost 8 pounds but I neeeed to add some more calories to it

thanks for the help i am eating no beakfast and eat dinner at around 3.00 and then i try not to eat after that

lsing4me, i know that by now you have probably read many posts about people saying that you HAVE to eat. It is true! Don't skip any meals. You should eat about 6 times a day! Breakfast,snack,Lunch,snack,Dinner,snack. If you aren't eating enough your matabolism slows down, your body starts storing fat and calories to use later because it thinks it is starving! I do 1200 - 1500 calories daily and I have lost about 48 pounds since Jan. 20th. If you want your weight loss to be permanent you have to do this sensibly! Be realistic, think about how you will eat when you go off of phen. You have to start eating like that now so your body gets used to eating like that. When you get your old appetite back you aren't gonna be able to go with just one meal a day, and if you get some good healthy snacks in between meals you won't be as hungry come meal time and it will keep you from over eating. And really, I can't emphasize enough, WATER, WATER, WATER! It is soooooo important! Even if you aren't thirsty! DRINK UP!You can do this, just give it a try. Try planing out your meals for a week or two, write down everything you eat, the calories and fat content in it, and within a couple of weeks you will just kind of be able to judge portion sizes by just looking at them. It really isn't hard and you can find some very delicious low fat/low cal. foods in the grocery store. I like lean pockets and the weight watchers smart ones meals. Also, Try incorporating salads into lunch and dinner so you get fuller and stay fuller without adding alot of fat or calories. I wish you luck and good health! Hey Ising4me, just wondering how you are doing. post again and let us know how it goes with ya.BTW have you tried any of the 100 cal. packs? The chip ahoy are very good when you are craving something sweet and chocolatey!

i love the 100 cal pack eat one a day in the even if im craving or hungry and have stoped sodas i use to drink like 5 to 6 a day now drink none yaaaa

Thats good you stopped drinking soda's those have so many calories and nothing good for you at all. Water is the main drink and lots of it. Planning ahead is also an excellent idea. That is the biggest problem for me. I need to plan for the week for myself and the family. Feels like I dont have enough time. I know I have to make the time. So I dont eat wrong. Well got to run to work. Everyone have a great and slimming day.
