hi my name is Crystal .. im 25, 5'7/5'8 and in high school i was always on the average of 145 but after high school it seems to have hit me over the years B/C I NOW WAY 205!!

i started phentermine 37.5mgs a day Thursday APRIL 26TH OF 2007... havent really exercised much but have drank TONS OF WATER!!! AND AS OF YESTERDAY I AM NOW DOWN TO 198!!!! is that losing too fast ... i mean lol i dont want to sound like im not happy because i am really excited but i want to make sure im not at a health risk

i would like to talk to anyone that can encourage me through this journey as well as I encouraging them !!!!

Congratulations Crystal and Welcome!
The first ten comes off usually pretty fast. Then it can slow down a bit, as you loose water weight first. You are on the right track. Keep your calories about 1200 per day, and try to do kind of exercise, walking is great.
Another tip I can give you is to take your measurements now. It will be very important to you to keep up with how you are doing in loosing inches, because there will be times that you will not loose pounds but will loose inches, and that will keep you motivated to see that. I measure myself once a week.

thanks alot ... i weighed myself today and i hadnt lost anything but thats ok 7lbs in the first 4 days isnt BAD at all ... i dont think

i think im going to have someone help me measure myself and take your advice on that ...

Hey Crystal. Congratulations so far. I agree with mommy2cody about the measuring. It definitely helps. Also, you might consider only weighing once a week. If you weigh everyday, and you don't see any change, you are more likely to be discouraged. I only weigh once a week, as tempting as it is to weigh everytime I pass the scales. Then, you get a pleasant surprise on weigh day when you see how much you've lost. Same with measuring. Once a week. Best of luck to you.
