Hey Crystal. Congratulations so far. I agree with mommy2cody about the measuring. It definitely helps. Also, you might consider only weighing once a week. If you weigh everyday, and you don't see any change, you are more likely to be discouraged. I only weigh once a week, as tempting as it is to weigh everytime I pass the scales. Then, you get a pleasant surprise on weigh day when you see how much you've lost. Same with measuring. Once a week. Best of luck to you.
