Hi! I'm new to this board and new to taking Phen. 30 mg per day. Today is my second day taking it. I need to lose about 80 pounds. I am trying to do weight watchers at home. I have also been doing Walk away the pounds dvd. I'm married with 2 daughters and am 28 years old. I live in the boring state of Ky. I would love to have a buddy or a few would be great!! Please let me know if your interested...I really need someone to talk to and some motivation!

Hey,I started off at 240 and I am doing walk away the pounds dvd also, and it is so great it has helped me lose inches as well as weight, I sometimes do the 1 mile in the morning and the 2 mile at night before bed or sometimes I just do the 2 miles, and it has been great especially since I hate exercising.

I am 27 and I have 3 boys 6, 9, 5 months, with the newborn is when I gained all this weight so Im trying to take it off.

Hi -
My name is Jamie - I've been dieting since February, I've lost 40 pounds with a lot to go. I'd love someone to keep me grounded! My best friend is 5ft and 110 pounds...how I love to hate her!! BUT..she does understand - she stays on WW everyday of her life so that she doesn't gain what she lost years ago.
I like WW for maintenance but I keep myself on 700cal a day or less if I'm not starving. I know that it's not the best diet but it's working for me.
I have hit a standstill over the last 2 weeks and I'm very discouraged so I joined curves Monday. I hope the exercise helps get me back losing again!

Hey Regina,
I started on March 13th. My hub. starts tomorrow! We'll be your buddy team. The extra support (besides me) will help him a bunch. He's got to lose about 100lbs.

Hi nrbown,

You can create a weight tracker by joining i.e. extrapounds.com which is free

Once it is created, you copy the bbCode and paste it in your signature in your phentermine.com profile. The tracker will be shown and updated everytime you post.
