Welp I just came off of my two week of being off phen, started back yesterday and I tell ya what I sure did alot of running and cleaning yesterday, sure would have been a good day to hit the gym but between running here and there and doing this and that I just didnt have the time to fit it in! So Iam sure that today I will finish up my cleaning and then TRY to sit here and post a bit if my mind will let me slow down a bit! Does anyone else get this energy spur when you come off and then start again?

Well this is day three since I have been back on phen from my 2 weeks off and Iam still full of energy and running like crazy! I have already been up this AM got all my house stuff done took the dog for a little walk and sometime today Iam going to attempt to take him for another walk up the road --- actually up this HUGE hill but its a good workout I tell ya that much!

Hey Girl, I'm from Alabama - is that close enough?? Long story - I have been on Phen in the past, the last time was in January, I went from 230 to 208, but due to asthma attacks and being put on steroids, I gained 13 lbs in 5 days. So I gave up for the time being and tried to stop smoking. Hmm... gained more weight and now I'm back up to 230-ish. Today I started taking Chantix to help stop smoking, so I'm HOPING by Monday this will be in my system good enough for me to start taking Phen again. You are having great results, what mg are you taking? I have both the 30 mg and the 37.5 mg, and I am under a Dr's care while taking it. He wants me to atleast lose 4 lbs before my next visit, but the downfall is that I weighed 220 at my last visit, SO I have to get down to aroud 210-215 before the next Dr visit ! Are you taking anything besides Phen ? I bought 5 HTP and Chromium Picolinate to go with the pill, but I have not tried them all together yet. My plan this weekend is to make out my grocery list and buy LOTS of water, and come up with an exercise routine. I was a member of Curves, but that is the biggest joke and waste of money. I figure I can do it myself, with exercise DVD's and exercise bike, and hopefully with the money I will save by cancelling my membership AND quitting smoking that I can buy an elliptical machine ! ( We'll see !! ). Keep me posted, I'd love to be your buddy !!! PS- disregard my tracker, it's a lie, (for now anyway!)

I am very interested in keep in daily contact with some people on the phen for motivation and encouragment....Lately I havent really needed the motivation because the phen is doing it for me, plus I have a wedding in less than 2 weeks that im going to be a bridesmaid in...

I am very excited to talk to some of the same people regularly to update eachother and such!

I just started on Phen 3/21/07 and so far so good, the bad sideeffects are gone after 1 week and the only lingering one is dry mouth. But hey it helps with that water!

I am a slow looser, and I think its cause at first it was so difficult to eat and im sure that slowed my metabolism, but currently I am counting calories and hope to make the best of this phen while the doctor is giving it to me!~!

How are all of you doing? How long taking the phen?

Ohh yeah some buddies!!! Now if I can just remember what it was I just read! I am a bit on the hyped side today since I accidentally took two pills this morning on accident, so I have been bouncing off the walls all day but heck at least my house is clean!!!

Motivated --- What part of Las Vegas are you in? I had a friend that use to live in Reno but she has recently moved back to Texas and we've lost touch with one another!!! Glad to hear your starting back on phen and that you are ready to loose the pounds looks like you dont have much to go to hit your GW And thats awesome! Sooo I am glad we are going to be buds and take the pounds off together!

Good morning ! My name is Carmen, and I'm from LA- Lower Alabama- Foley-(maybe you've heard of Gulf Shores- it's about 7 miles from Foley). I'm getting real anxious about Monday, I want so bad to lose this weight. I am so disgusted, at my recent lowest weight I was wearing a size 16, and right now I'm up to a 20! UGGH - None of my cute summer clothes fit ! It is so tough- trying to decide which is the lesser of the 2 evils, smoking or weight issues, when each in their own right is a killer ! I don't have a eating problem, I am a Coke/Mello Yello addict, and basically I drink all of my calories. A couple of years ago I bought an OTC diet pill called Xenadrine EFX, and stopped drinking Coke - I lost 30 lbs in one month!! At that time I was weighing 265 and in a size 26 ! At the end of January I was wearing a size 20, then on Feb. 24th 2005,my oldest Brother died of a massive heart attack, he was only 43 and my whole world crashed. I was in such a total funk and around September of 2005 was the first time I tried Phen, I didn't have the results like I had been hearing about, so I gave up and tried again. I found this board and got so much valuable info from it. Basically I was starving myself is why the weight wasn't coming off, so here I am again - a little wiser this time and ready to start over. Let's DO IT Girls - we CAN do this !!!

Soo sorry to hear about your brother Carmen, I also lost a step son two years ago at the young age of 16 so i can so relate to the loss and it causing such problems!
I know where you are at exactly, I have an exhusbang that lives in that area as well! Hope ya dont know of him LOL!
I have not seen that medication at Wal Mart never tried it though, was it good?
I also have a hard time not wanting to eat I just hate eating when I dont feel hungry and I know that if I dont eat I will just keep the weight on so I do force myself to at least eat a little something but I hate to eat like that Kwim?
