shugga you had me so worried, dont get frustrated, no, calm down, and put that damn scale up, you're weighing yourself to much, are u drinking alot of water, i mean alot.i know you say it gives u a false sense of fullness, but you need to drink 16oz every time you eat, and bring your calories down, that will help, thats what my mom is doing cause she hit a 205 plateau, and this week she went down to 200. just flush yourself with alot of water, it might be hard but it works to break those stalls....
