Looking for buddies for a diet my dr gave to me. I know It works because I did it years before and maintained the weight loss for a year. but then got sick and gained the weight back. I was so motivated back then and lost 40 pounds and plenty of inches in 2 months, and i was not using phen at the time. but now I need some new motivation and friends.

oh yeah the diet is good for Blod Pressure and Cellulite and circulation.

The diet is 500 to 800 calories a day. only vegtables, green tea, and water for the first 7 days

After 7 days. you eat 6 oz protein and vegtables and a few other things. I will list later

and lots and lots of cardio exercise. at least 2 hrs daily. I did mostly walking and light weights. I know this is hard but the results are greatttttttt and I want my BEYONCE Body back

I hope some people are interested because I really need the motivation to stick with it.

Wow!
I must say, it seems like a very hard diet, but I'm curious, so if you could maybe get around to list the things you have to eat I will definately consider joining you! If a doc gave it to you, it must be an ok healthy one, right? I have been on phen for a week now, and have lost 4 pounds. Okay, its a start, but i still have 40 more to go, so if we could help eachother losing this fast it'll be great! Sincerely Mille

Hello Millie I am glad that you are interested. my cousin just finished and lost 50 pounds quickly, so she is done and I dont want to do it by myself. There are 3 differrent phases and all of them are not that hard. I will put the differrent stages up today. I was so desperate I was thinking about the Lapband surgery, but I am scared of get surgery. I am getting ready to post all Phases in another post. Oh yeah I am going to start today

OK Here are the 3 stages

Stage 1 -You eat 500 calories for the first 2 weeks

Stage 2- You eat 800 calories until you get to you're desire weight

Stage 3- after desire weight you up calories slowly to see how you are maintaining when you see weight creeping up you have hit you're calorie limit.

The Food you can eat

There are 2 different ways to eat the food, either Naturally or with Diet replacement shakes and bars

NATURALLY. You eat all fresh foods. It has less sodium and better if you have high blood pressure.

The first 7 days you eat all vegetables frozen, fresh or canned. After that you eat vegetables and 6 oz protein daily. Protein you can eat is Fish, Chicken. Boiled eggs, egg whites if you have high cholesterol and other lean meats, but fish and baked chicken white meat is the best. No fried foods

The diet replacement or meal replacement shakes and bars you can eat are ones that are very very low in sugar and carbs, and high in protein and has the daily requirement of vitamins. The benefit of using meal replacements is that it is easy to keep count of your calories.

OK here is the Exercise

You do at least 1 HR a day of cardio and, free weights 3 times a week. You must do the weights because you are losing fat very fast and you don't want to lose muscle, because muscle help you burn calories

Now the more cardio you do the quicker you burn fat. It doesn't matter if its walking or dancing or whatever. Workout tapes the gym whatever you do, but you must do cardio every day. the more you do the quicker the weight comes off, light cardio I think is better because we are not eating a lot you don't want to over do it or over exert yourself.

Our body burns a certain amount of calories anyway even if we don't exercise. But if we do the weight will come off even quicker. so if you miss some days don't worry about it you will still lose a lot of weight.

Oh yeah this diet is not for Pregnant woman

Whewwwwwwwwwwwww OK that's the diet.

You can lose 10 to 15 pounds in 2 weeks, but I would be happy with 20 in a month.

OK here are all the extra little tips

1. Wearing a girdle helps to keep your skin tight because you are losing weight quickly and you don't want extra loose skin this helps to prevent it. And using weights helps that tremendously.

2 . Cellulite-If you have a lot of cellulite massages help, If you have a special loved one to give you massages daily or you can give them to yourself. me and my cousins seen this woman on Discovery health channel a couple of years ago who showed you how to reshape your skin. It really helps to stretch the skin back into place and get rid of cellulite of the booty and Thighs.

3 Blood Pressure. pure Garlic really helps to lower the blood pressure, Garlic pills and Garlic cloves if you are going to be in the house for a few days.

OK that's all the tips

One last thing the diet is very similar to the Cambridge diet that was created at Cambridge University and also the South beach diet. You can do a search on both of them.

Ok girl lets do it I hope some other people decide to join the more the better

Isn't it amazing that so many diets are out there? My doctor put me on a completely different diet plan. Same 500 calories, but it's all protein, much like Atkins. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have signed up for it. Anyway, mine is 500 cals/protein first 3 days, then 400 cals/protein 100/veggies until end of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I can add a LITTLE fruit. So, you can see how it would be difficult to eat anything other than stirfry with the various meats like shrimp and chicken. I'm not a big met eater, so it's been a little odd. I cheated a little this week, so I only lost 3 pounds, but I'm ok with that, because I was worried I wouldn't lose anything. Anyone know of any protein-based snacks, etc? I really would prefer your diet. Thanks for posting it.

Newbie2004 I want my Beyonce body back by the summer also. I want to know what kinds of food you are eating daily that amount to only 500 calories. On some forums they say that when you eat that few calories that your body goes into starvation mode and it makes it harder for you to lose weight.I have tried just about everything and I just want this weight off
If you believe it you can achieve it !!!

I am kinda doing something like that. I work out about an hour-2 hrs. a day and then try to limit my calorie intake to under 600 a day...but it is interesting what you are saying about eating nothing but veggies the first 7 days, and then protein and veggies...i just hate veggies..but you said canned ones..and i do like canned corn and carrots...hmm...i'm thinking about this let me know what you are eating each day.

Just to let you know, carrots have a lot of sugar and corn is a lot of starch, so they both have high carb content. Many diets put those on the "do not eat list", so I would vary your veggies and add in some green veggies like greens, broccoli, and things like that. Good luck to you.
