yeah i know rest is the best but i wanted to be able to atleast exercise maybe a brisk walk Right now I'm moving too slow, I'm going to go to the store and get those heating pad you wear around your waist. I see my Chiropractor Wednesday, Can't wait!!!!

that's good. you're off to a good startt so i know how you feel. when i was close to my 1st goal once before i had a bad spell of virtigo and i was pissed because it set me back. i almost quit butim glad i didn't because now i really am close to my goal. i hope you start feeling better.

have you lost any more weight

i DON'T KNOW IF I LOST ANYMORE WEIGHT YET I WILL WEIGH MYSELF EVERY THURSDAY I DONT WANT TO WEIGH IN EVEYDAY AND GET DISCOURAGED. SO THURSDAY I WILL WEIGH IN. DO YOU WEIGH IN DAILY? MONTHLY? WEEKLY?

daily. i do that just in case i gained from the previous day. that lets me know that i need to change what i did. i know most people don't but it makes me feel better. i'm a scale addict lol

I been exercising for the past 2 days, I weigh in today also I weigh 312 now 18 pounds lost so far WOO HOO! The exercise I did was aerobic's and my exercise bike too. Anyone else weight in?

The pain is the worst in the mornings.

Well you know I weigh in everyday but I don't record it but once a week.

My exercise is the 1 mile walk away the ounds dvd & 5 miles on my bike. I need to upgrade to the 2 mile dvd because the 1 mile is no longer challenging but it's still a workout.

WELL LOSING AND DAQUI IM AT 310 22LBS DOWN CONGRATS ON THE 18 LOSING ITS EXCITING TO SEE THE SCALE DROP I WALK AT A SPORTS COMPLEX BEHIND MY APT COMPLEX I STOPPED COUNTING HOW MANY TIMES AROUND I TIME MY SELF 1 HOUR THEN WALK BACK HOME THE ONLY THING I HATE ABOUT GOING HOME IS I HAVE TO COOK DINNER FOR MY HUSBAND BUT IM STRONG I DONT TASTE ANY MORE I APOLOGIZE TO MY HUSBAND IF THERE IS TOO MUCH SALT OR NOT ENOUGH BUT HE SUPPORTS ME SOMETIMES HE WILL GO EAT OUT SO THAT I WONT HAVE ANY TEMPTATION SEE MY DOCTOR HAS ME ON STRICT EATING FOR THE FIRST MONTH YOU MIGHT BE SHOCKED I AM NOT ALLOWED ANYTHING BUT WATER AFTER 1PM THATS RIGHT 1 IN THE AFTERNOON AT FIRST I WOULD GET BAD HEADACHES BUT NOW IM FINE AND WHEN I SEE THE SCALE DROP I FEEL THAT EATING LATE AT NIGHT WAS NOT A GOOD THING BUT WE WILL SEE WHAT THE DOC HAS IN STORE FOR ME FOR THE 2ND MONTH OK PLEASURE AS ALWAYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TO YOU BOTH

wow no food after 1, i don't think i could do it but i would try 5. right now i try not to eat after 8 and it's been working pretty good.

how many calories are you eating a day?

loosing

i lost 4 pounds last weekend and i have kept it off. walk away the pounds is an exercise dvd. i think it's a great starter dvd because you move alot but it doesn't really feel like it once you've done it awhile. you do sewat though & you can tell you've had a good workout. i need to get the 2 mile dvd now.

elsy i'm just blown away by the 22 pounds since sept 20. the both of you are just going to take off and leave me

DAQUI IM NOT SURE ON THE CALORIE COUNT BUT IM ONLY ALLOWED LETTUCE W/TOMATO CUCUMBER OLIVE OIL AND VINEGAR THATS IT EAT UNTIL FULL I ONLY HAVE THIS AND 1 GAL 1/2 OF WATER PER DAY AND THE DOC SAID 20 MIN OF WALKING BUT AT THAT 20 MIN I FEEL THAT IM JUST GETTING WARMED UP SO I WALK A HOUR I TAKE MY PHEN PILL 15 MINS BEFORE EATING AND I EAT AROUND 12:30 BECAUSE I FEEL THAT THE CLOSER TO 1 I WILL FEEL FULL LONGER AND THEN 20 MIN BEFORE BED I TAKE HALF OF A PILL CALLED DESYREL OR SOME THING LIKE THAT I DONT HAVE THE BOTTLE WITH ME BUT IT A ANTIDEPRESSANT THATS WHAT I READ ON THE NET BUT ANYWAY IT TO HELP ME SLEEP BECAUSE HE SAID PHEN CAN KEEP A PERSON AWAKE AT NIGHT HE GAVE ME PHEN 37.5

Are you drinking enough water and exercising? Aerobics is a good exercise. Walking is good too. What have you been doing that you think you haven't lost? Are you eating atleast twice a day?
