Phen is my magic pill. NO, I don't lose weight by just taking it, but it provides me with what I have always wanted in life that doctors never seem to be able to help me with. When I am on phen I am in control. Sugar and food cravings dont't control me every day. I can go all day without feeling like I starving every 3 hours. I don't think about food. Thats the stuff dreams are made of in my life
I also have the energy to exercise. When i am not on phen I am just exhausted from the minute I wake up to the min. I go to bed at night. My thyroid meds do nothing for me in terms of energy. Not only am I exhausted I am can't even get myself to exercise. On phen, I exercise daily, taking one break every 5th day. I love to be active and physical, and only phen lets me do that.
Now, I am losing weight but I don't own a scale and can't trust my friends scale so I am weighing in tomorrow for my 6 week checkup. When I weighed on my friends at about 3 weeks it said 9 pounds, so we will see. Even if I don't lose the 20 that I had hoped, it doesn't matter because the way I am eating and the amount of exercise I have done has to improve my health. I would never stop phen just because of that one factor. I am on my way to being healthier. I am going to push my doctor into letting me stay on it longer than 3 months. If she says no, I am going to let her know I am going to order if from the internet anyway and that can I still come in for regular checkups. If she says no , I will just call in every 4 weeks and request a appt because I am sick. LOL. Sorry so long.
I also take tyrosine at lunch and 5-htp(i am not taking it right now because it may be why i cant sleep, I am going to experiment. If it is the 5 htp keeping me up at night I might take it at lunch to for the energy).
