Hi,

I could use a buddy to chat with. I am 26 and just got married 9 months ago.. I am going on a cruise in 11 months and would love to lose weight. i took phen last year and lost 60lbs, but I got way off track after the wedding and gained 30lbs back...

Hi Nikki26- My name is Janet, I have 4 kids and live in NY- I also took Phen awhile back, lost 50 pounds and just recently gained back 55- so sad !- We found out that we had to move in Sept. so I have been eating everything is site since- I just get so stressed that I eat- I am actually moving now in like a month so I decided that is time to stop feeling sorry for myself, accept the move and move on!- If you are looking for a buddy, I can use some help myself!!

Thank you all for thinking of my son and just to give you a quick update he is alot better-- thank goodness.. I am working on my second week now and I hope I do as well as the first but I never do. I guess because you lose water weight and all that junk the first week. I am not giving up I love the Phen. I thought they were suppose to give you a boost of energy but for some reason they (I guess its the pill) make me really tired after I have been up for a while. Maybe its just me. Other than that it is working wonderful for me.
I appreciate all of you guys cheering everyone on. Thats what we need because this is a very long and hard journey we are all on BUT we can do it. Talk to yall soon. bye

Welcome, my daughter lives in Pflugerville (sp?), near Austin. I am in Frisco, north of Dallas.
If you are looking for some support I would suggest joining a Challenge, there are alot going and you can mostly just "jump on in", there is also a new one starting in a week or so. Go to the main forum and you can sign up there.
