O.K. I need a SERIOUS buddy. I am so determined to lose this weight and I need someone else who is not only uplifting but dependable and who will hold me accountable and I will do the same.
If there is anyone interested...let me know so we can do this! I have 30-35 pounds to lose and do not expect the weight to just magically fall off so I am willing and able to bust my tail. If you are with me...let me know!

Hey there - I'm from Burns, TN..about 20min outside of Nashville. This is my first day on PHEN. I'm so - sooo sick of being overweight. I have about 50 pounds to lose, and would love some help staying on track too.

PS: A bit about myself. I'm 37. I work at home, on the computer. Love Antiques, sight-seeing, movies music. Have two children, a 3 month old, and a 3 year old. I really want to be in shape.....especially back to my pre-baby weight. <FINGERS CROSSED>

O.K Monique. I am going to p.m you so we can do this. I am a stay at home mom. I have three children, 11, 6, and 5. I am 28 and really need to lose 40 pounds but will be happy with 30. I am 162 right now and 5'4".

It is so late and my eyes are crossing so I will p.m you tomorrow.

BTW, I just started Phen about a week ago too so we are fairly close in our progress and goals which should help.

I'm in Nashville too! I'd like to be buddies with you girls if its okay! I'm 33 and I have about 20lbs. to lose, but I work days Mon - Fri, I don't know how that will conflict with you alls schedule but I could use all the help I could get!

BRRR - chilly in TN this morning, isn't it? I just moved here from FLA, and I'm all bundled up.

I have been loving the change of atmosphere thou, and so far, everyone has been great
