Rhonda!!!! I'm so glad you came to join us! I was getting worried! Don't feel bad about not doing very good. My cals have been anywhere from 1400 - 1900. Which 1700-1800 will prob be maintanence for me, but I still want to lose. Today I think I finished off around 1200, so I'm happy! How have you been doing, otherwise?
Christiona, I have to ask! Is your name really Chris, or should I call you Sweetie Pooh, also??? Didn't you join the school's out challenge originally. Your name sounds so familiar, along with your avatar? I'm glad you have come to join us! I'm hoping we stay a small group. I joined the inches challenge, and didn't stay too long. There are way tooooooo many people there. I have a licensed family child care in my home, so you can say I teach, just not in a school! I read my "promises from God" whenever I'm feeling on the down side. It's a good pick-me-upper! I memorize some, but not all. Our church has a weekly memory verse, also, so I try to keep up with those. One of the best things I've ever done in life is to learn the passage from Phil 4. (1-13). Our church had a challenge about 1.5 years ago. There were around 5 of us who completed it, out of around 15 that started.
Tryin, I just want the house to be on the clean side. It's usually such a mess. I'm might do child care at home so that I can be home full-time, but domestic is the last thing I am. I hate cleaning! And since this is his kindergarten year, there will be quite a few parents I have never met, that will be here for the first time. I did mop today, though, so I at least got in an hour of exercise!!!!!! That's one good way of looking at it!
I think Charlie has taken a small step back. We spent almost the whole weekend together as a family last weekend, except for him leaving at night. Then pics on Tues nite. But by Tues nite, he seemed so distant, and tonite he came over, and he still seemed distant. I wish he would start talking to me about how he is feeling about the way things are moving with us. I think we are moving forward, but I've thought that before and been wrong. It just seems that whenever he tries to move forward, he gets scared and steps back. Tryin, reminding me of Heb. 11:1 has helped me so much in the last week! It has gotten me through quite a few nights! Keep praying for us. He can't ignore God's calling him (or should I say yelling at him!) forever!
Good night, my friends! God bless you all!
Jennie
