 I'm 187 as of monday I would like to be 170lbs by valentines day. I want to drink lots more water. Not eat after 7pm. Walk my 30 minutes a day Try to gag down a banana a day. I want to make my uncorrdinated unbalanced butt and do pilates. Good luck everyone!!!!!!! |

My doctor will allow me to take them weekly. Not sure of the dosage of the injection, but they do give me a lot of energy.
