Alright ladies, we survived yet another american holiday, full of celebration and lots of FOOD! actually sounds like we all did a great job so pat your self on the back right now...I too stuck with a hot dog with mustard, i splurged and had a hand full of cheetos with the kids, but hey, it wasn't too many. Drinking water hasn't been too bad, I always add a lemon slice just to put in a little flavor. I like to treat my daughter every now and then and during those times, I order a large lemonade. It makes for a great sweet treat to myself!
I was happy to see that you and your husband finally reconnected, bet you had some fireworks for the 4th..tee hee hee
I would think that all of this information needs to be passed on to your family doctor prescribing your phen, he would be the best in seeking any advice. I can tell you my experience has been carefully discussed with my doctor and he was hesitant at first but agreed to as long as I can keep in constant contact with him as the days go by. I have always had a great blood pressure history, but that is the one thing he seems to be concerned with. So far, so good! The first day I ended up with a terrible headache, of course, I had a tendency to blame the phen since I don't often get headaches, however, here in Texas, it has been so hot and we were woring in the yard most of the day, I'm sure that was it. Other than that, all has gone well for the last few days.
It's great hearing from you both, I have a tendency now to check my emails throughout the day. I too am on vacation for the summer, I am a school principal, love kids and watching them grow and learn each and everyday. What do you do for the Board of Education in Tennessee?
Talk to ya soon! Have a good week!
