I have a huge amount to lose, im 5'2 and weigh 228 right now, just started the pills last week, I dont notice much change other than a bit more energy im only on 15mg. Im 30yrs old and have 4 kids under 11. I also have a bad habit of smoking too

I havent had support in the past im hoping this board will do me some good. I have msn messanger and yahoo if anyone can relate and wants to chat.

Hello. I don't have anywhere near as much to lose as you do, but I can try to be a support as much as possible.

oh well tomorrow is a new day, and hopefully I will do better. Good luck to you in your weight loss. Hows it going so far? I dont have a working scale so im not sure if I have lost, knowing my luck I have gained.

I have been taking phen since Dec and I do not see a difference at all. I feel like I still crave all the junk food like it is going out of style. I am 5'2 and I weigh 175 the doctors say I need to lose about 30 pounds!!! Any suggestions for me. Missyb 30
