Hi there!
I just took my first pill. 30mg blue capsule. I'm feeling positive at this point, ready to get some Christmas stuff out and clean the bathrooms!
I get hooked on this board lol I have to lose tons of weight and get my self esteem back. Thanks to all with your similar stories, it is nice to have folks who are in the same boat together.

Hi Denise,
I feel like I have a ton of weight to lose myself. I too need to work on self-esteem, seeing as to the fact that I have none. If you're looking for a buddy, I'd like to join you. We can lose weight together. I think that it probably helps to be accountable to another person.

Also, I see that you've also lost 8lbs, have you been eating 1200 cals a day? or are you doing something different? TO tell you the truth I've been hanging around 600 cals a day. If you're getting the same results that I am doing something different, I'm certainly interested.

Hey Wendy:
I would love to have a weight loss buddy! I'm only eating around 800-1000 calories. I don't know but 1200 cals seems like a lot of food. (if it's healthy food) I know eating junk food can bring those calories up but I'm not eating any junk food. I work out at curves three times a week. I'm asking for a treadmill for Christmas, not sure where I will put it. Maybe in the middle fo the room LOL! I know when I lose a bit more weight I will be at the point where I will need to work out more to keep burning off the fat.
