I received a "thinking of you" card from my secret pal yesterday. That couldn't have come at a better time. I am almost to the point of giving up completely with my weight loss and that was just enough encourgement to make me rethink and decide "I CAN DO THIS!!" So, just to let you know, whoever you are that was just what I needed and at the right time!

p.s. I mailed out my November package yesterday to my secret pal.
