okay, 10$ is fine..it gives you a little more lee way w/ a gift..once a month, i think atleast twice. you know...like every 2 weeks an email or even just a card or something. that a bit more motivating then once a month. it kinda gives you a chance to mess up, then get it back to gether. you know what imean. those are just my thoughts though. but overall, im lovin the idea
