That is so terrific Kaybee. Gosh, a permanent 155! That's a really wonderful accomplishment. It will take longer to lose the rest, but geez, it's only going down! Great Job. I'm proud of you.
Also, I think you should definately submit an article to a fitness magazine like KeliK did. Plus, please go read the T&S thread when you have a minute. I still would love to read the article (yours and KeliK's).
I cannot believe you do NOT have a subscription. Especially after hearing how much you enjoyed the magazine. From one Type A gal to another - DO IT ALREADY, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I know it is not procrastination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My body was pretty sore today. Not hurting, but definately aching and tired. I DID NOT WANT TO EXCERSIZE! But I did it. I'm glad I did. I actually did not feel so tired after I worked out.
Of course, I didn't do any of those ab crunches that I wanted to try. I'm certain I need to begin adding some strength training to my activities, just not sure what. Tummy things for sure. Trying to get rid of that darn apron-thingy that happened after childbirth.
Here's my plastic surgery WISH list:
Breast reduction - Oh yeah, no hesitation here! Is definately needed and I'm sure it would make a huge difference in my self esteem, not to mention maybe stop the sporadic migranes and constant tension headaches. Although, funny thing, I haven't had near the headaches since being home. Go figure.
Tummy tuck - I just might consider this when my GYN doctor finally says it's hystorectomy time. My grandma died of ovarian cancer, I've already had cervical cancer, and had my right (or left, I don't remember now) ovary removed for a benign tumor that was the size of a grapefruit. So, when it's time to put me under and navigate within my body cavity, I just might ask the doctor to make me look good in the process.
Under arm lipo/trimming (whatever it's called) - It's just one of those things I would love to have gone (WILL NEVER DO IT). I will try to manage this one on my own with dedicated arm exersizes.
I hate going to the doctor, avoid going until the very, very last possible moment, so I don't know how the above would ever happen. Ha. Ha. My doctor is terrific (the office staff too), yet I still like to keep my distance. They pretty much know that if I call for an appointment I must be dying.
EDITED TO SAY: This was my 500th post.
