My experience is just like yours. I do great during the day then at night I want to eat everything in site. It is extremely frustrating.
I'm definitely eating less and better quality food, but at night the munchies creep in.
And since I'm an insomniac (specially on Phen) it's worse. In the middle of the night when I'm awake and my defenses are down, I get very hungry.
So far it's been ok, but I could loose so much more if I didn't have this problem.
I think part of the solution (for me) is to eat more during breakfast and lunch.
