I have been on Phentermine for 20 days now.
My jeans fit looser especially around the legs and I seem to have lost a bit of weight. I am not going to weigh myself until my doctors visit at the end of the month. I am currently at 260 (before phen) and I hope to get down to 165-175 roughly.
There are women in my office who are on it and have lost vast amounts of weight. They are in the maintaining stage.
Last weekend was rough...I was off my diet completely and did not take phentermine, I have tremendous guilt and hope those three days did not completely crash my diet.
The doctor put me on 1,000 calories a day. Which is a lot of eating if you are on phentermine. I take a slim fast shake in the morning and I eat lots of those frozen dinners (easier to watch my calories) also eat fruit, and fresh veggies w/dip.
If I have a craving I will solve it by eating what I crave...in small amounts ex. having 2 slices of pizza instead of the whole pie

I found of that chick-fil-a is low in calories only 290 per sandwich.
